We’re both yoga teachers, which means we care about how people feel in their bodies. But this isn’t a yoga class. It’s just time outside — with a little guidance, and a lot of room to be curious again.
Some days that looks like noticing birds you’ve never paid attention to.
Some days it’s slowing your breath, or taking in a quiet moment you didn’t realize you needed.
There’s no pressure to know anything. No pressure to perform.
You don’t need experience, the right gear, or a plan.
Just come as you are.

Salty Birds started with a simple pull toward being outside more. What began as shared walks turned into something we wanted to open up to others — a space to slow down, notice more, and reconnect.

Our walks are relaxed, beginner-friendly, and intentionally unstructured. Expect a mix of birding, quiet observation, gentle grounding, silliness (we don't take ourselves too seriously),and space to wander at your own pace. No pressure, no experience needed.

Spending time in nature changes how you feel. It brings you back into your body, quiets the noise, and creates space to breathe. Salty Birds is about creating more of those moments.
